What you are buying

Our products are do-it-yourself craft kits: pre-printed fabric, threads, hoop, needle and illustrated instructions. You create the finished embroidery yourself — the photos on product pages show finished examples of the designs, not a ready-made item.

Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and include the complete kit as listed on the product page.
• Payment is processed securely by PayPal.

Shipping

• In-stock kits ship within 1–2 business days from our studio.
• US shipping is free on orders over $59.

Returns

• 30-day returns: contact us within 30 days of delivery if a kit arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, and we will replace it or refund you.
• Because kits contain cut materials, opened kits can only be returned if there is a quality problem.
