Returns & exchanges

If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Unopened kits in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable unless we made an error).
Opened kits and started projects can’t be returned, except for manufacturing defects.
Custom pet portraits are made to order and aren’t returnable once production starts, unless we made an error.
