Shipping

We ship from Louisville, Kentucky. Most in-stock kits leave our studio within 1–2 business days.

• Free US shipping on orders $59 and up.
• Orders under $59 ship at standard US rates shown at checkout.
• You’ll get a tracking number by email when the package ships.
• International shipping is not available yet.

Processing & holidays

Custom pet portraits take longer — we’ll confirm the timeline on the product page before you order. Peak holiday weeks may add 1–2 days.
